A bit of background…

I’m Emily, founder of Octopoda PA.

In everything I do, whether it be in my professional or social life, I have been well-known for my first-rate organisational skills and efficiency. This is my expertise and I have enjoyed a successful career in utilising and fine tuning these skills. As a PA, I enjoy the diversification of tasks, seeing the difference I make to those I work for and thrive on the challenges that some projects can throw at you.

Having spent 10 years on the trading floor as a PA and trading assistant at JPMorgan Bank in London, I have been subject to high pressure and intense environments where I have had to deliver results rapidly. Meeting tight deadlines, prioritising heavy workloads, facing important clients and juggling numerous tasks was a daily occurrence. Being trustworthy, reliable and approachable, I am the ideal PA!

The idea behind the business is to supply regular or ad hoc support to small businesses or individuals who suffer heavy admin loads, allowing them more time to focus on their developing business or life. The beauty is that it is a pay as you go type service, you’re not tied in and you don’t have the burden of employing someone and the associated overheads.
